· The VA Claims Process;
· Appealing a VA Regional Office Decision;
· Service Connection Claims;
· Increased Ratings Claims; and
· Non-service Connected Pension Claims.
Participating attorneys must be barred in any state and must commit to either volunteering 7 hours at the Homeless Persons Representation Project VA legal clinic or accepting 1 case referral. Mentors, case support and malpractice insurance will be available to participating attorneys.
